I received my Bachelors degree from Georgia State University and my Masters in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University. I have attained a Science endorsement, ESOL endorsement, Middle School Science, Early Childhood, and K-8 Elementary Endorsement. I transferred from Cobb County Schools in 2008 having taught 2nd and 5th grade. I was the Elementary Science Olympiad sponsor at Kemp Elementary School in Powder Springs taking my team to State Competition four years in a row.  I moved to Warner Robins with my husband when he transferred to Robins Air Force Base. 

I have been at Hilltop Elementary for 12 years, having taught Kindergarten, 2nd, and 3rd grade. I have been the Science Club/Science Olympiad sponsor for the past 12 years. I believe that every student is capable of showing growth and enjoying learning!

I share the love of learning with my two adult children and four grandchildren. One of my favorite past times is visiting Disney World and playing with my grandchildren!
