Hello!

I am so excited to have you this year in my classroom! In fourth grade we learn not only academics, but how to be independent as well. I have been teaching 4^th grade for five years and enjoy getting to help my students learn and grow. I always try to keep a safe and loving environment in which my students can make mistakes while learning something new. I look forward to this year, and to guiding my class through learning the standards for this year.

My name is Katelin Geiger, and this is my 8th year at Hilltop Elementary school. This is my 13th year teaching, and I love it.

I have a BS in Early Childhood and Special Education, a Masters in Early Childhood specialized in Reading and Mathematics, and am certified to teach the Gifted and Talented.

I love to sing and I love music. My birthday is February 13^th, so I am almost a Valentines baby. 

I come from a large family, 4 sisters and 2 brothers, and lived in California for half of my life. I am married and have two boys, Robert and Carter, and two step children, Aaron and Cathryn. I also gain 20+ new family members every year I teach!
