Hello Friends!! My name is Coach Harrelson, I have been teaching since 2001. I love my job and the platform it gives me to encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle and to live the SOAR life. I am married and we spend most of our free time watching sports. We have two kids that play sports at the college level. I played volleyball and softball in college and earned my Masters degree. It is my goal to help create a love of  living a healthy lifestyle and help motivate students to be the best person they can be.
