Welcome! My name is Mindy Brett, and I have been teaching for sixteen years. I have a Master of Education in Early Childhood and adore the classroom. I worked in Bibb County for eleven years and have enjoyed Houston County for the last five years. I have been very impressed with the high expectations for all students to be successful and feel so supported by my Hilltop family. My primary areas of interest are in functional communication and independence. I love learning about new and unique methods of approaching instruction and try to apply these practices in my classroom each year. I can't wait to get started!
